1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph233 ("ph233," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ph233 website located at ph233.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the ph233 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the ph233 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) ph233 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of the ph233 Platform, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You will not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

ph233 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where ph233 has reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where the account is being used in violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for notifying ph233 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your ph233 account.

4Deposits & Payments

ph233 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are available to Philippine-based players:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph233 does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. ph233 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind.

All funds deposited into your ph233 wallet are held for gaming purposes only. ph233 does not pay interest on player balances. Deposits are generally credited to your ph233 account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.

ph233 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and may request supporting documentation in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. ph233 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ph233 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• ph233 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

ph233 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.

6Bonuses & Promotions

ph233 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus.

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph233 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses may be subject to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• ph233 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ph233 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

ph233 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. ph233 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph233 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. ph233's decision in such matters is final.

Bets placed and accepted by the ph233 system are binding. ph233 is not responsible for errors made by players in placing bets, including incorrect bet amounts or selections.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph233 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

9Responsible Gaming

ph233 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gaming activity. ph233 operates in accordance with the responsible gaming framework promoted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph233 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph233 Platform without prior written consent from ph233.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph233 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ph233 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph233's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph233 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph233 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12Amendments

ph233 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph233 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the ph233 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph233 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph233 operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
